| Why does everyone always feel there has to be a political theme behind it, I think you're only seeing that because you want to. I don't give a hoot about American politics and see no politics really involved in this song. I think it's much more personal but I think it may be about how his life is a fuck up, not just his job. | |

Well, I would love for this to be such a catchy song and yet be as obvious as Penelope. I think that would be funny if the two songs were the same. Like how everyone felt like Penelope was some girl etc, but it really was the goldfish, like this could just be him trying to sleep and being woken up by construction. BUT I can't help but think of the old saying, "Nothings changing, nothings changing, but then I turn around and nothing is the same." |
