thatguy517 is most definately wrong. The song is someone talking to another person... And the last time I checked, nobody really told god OR jesus to "Stay Captive" and "Wait For Love". I'm not being anti-religious, and you can state your own opinion, but I think it's wrong.
I believe the song is about a realtionship, in a sense. It seems to be about someone who's stuck in an abusive or hurtful relationship, or maybe had just come out of a bad one. Either way, they're telling the person to wait for love, and to Stay Captive under whoever's "love" they are under and wait for something real. Either that, or tomo1811 was on the button.
