I think this song is about Jesus:

This is talking about Jesus and how he gave his life for everybody to be saved and how more people should follow him and more people should pray for the peopel following him...probably where the 10 million comes from...this is also probably talking about Easter saying ''tonights the night the world begins again'' which is probably talking about Jesus's resurection where he rose from the dead and went to heaven and from that day on everybody has a chance to go to heavan that believes in him. |

I'm gona hav to disagree suersmart......''it was easy to see how the devil imself could be pulled out of me'' could mean exorcism but not in this song.....suicide is a sin that sends u to hell so in the verse ''It was love from above,
that could save me from hell'' meaning she was keeping him from killing himself wich would send him to hell so when it says ''the devil himself could be pulled out of me'' it means it was easy to see how her love could save him from death that would send him to hell.... |

Ok....yea..has anyone stope to think it could b both? i mean the band aint dumb and the more people it applies 2 the better the song..so think for a min b 4 u go arguin with some random person remember that music can have more meanings than one.....but one thing i'm tired of hearing is the fact that all of thier songs sound the same...well yes good fact but think if they all sounded different it wouldn't b in thier comfort song so would u hav them sound different with 1 good soundin song or the same with all of their songs soundin great as they are now? just somethin to think about |

I think this song would hav to be about a solider and what it means by from yesterday is talking about the cause of the war...also ''on his face is a map of the world'' is talking about the scars he has goten over the years as a solider...and also '' on a mountian he sits not of gold but of shit '' meaning instead of sitting on glory that people give him he sits on the shit he has to lisiten to every day... |
