oh and also...i dunno for sure but i think he says "its gonna take some time to rely" cuz like the whole song is about understanding that u can rely on him to be there for u hence "over ur shoulder u know that i told u ill always be picking u up when ur down...so just turn around" like hes saying if u let me help u, u can rely on me...so yeah...thats my reasoning for thinking that he says "rely" |

umm...im 22 and i watch drake and josh...is that sad? lol its so good and im sick of watching shows filled with drama...and i can always get a good laugh when i watch their show |

"and the cats in the cradle and the silver spoon, little boy blue and the man on the moon"
basically "the cats in the cradle" is the son and the "silver spoon" is the father in the sense that the son is at home while the father is away making money to feed (silver spoon) and take care of the childs welfare.
"little boy blue and the man on the moon" explains how far away they are from each other...a little boy on the earth compared to his father who is so far away he might as well be in space.
and the fact that he says all of this using several nursery rhymes put together...is just ingenious. |
