| I think this is about a parent spending time with their child who they only have joint custody of. "Mondays came too soon" meaning the child has to return to their other parent during the week. But the story is being told mostly in the past tense, i'd say that they are regretting not getting as much time with their child when they were growing up | |

To me it's about a guy who's in love with a girl and at least in his mind they're perfect for each other but everything he does fails to make her realize this, "Stupid girl" which is causing internal conflict. ("maybe I'm really not good enough for her") or maybe he's trying to convince himself there's hope. "I'm a loner, I'm a loser, I'm a winner, In my mind. I'm a bad one, I'm a good one," and making him think there's something wrong with him for enjoying being around her. "I'm a sick one, with a smile." He's asking why he isn't good enough. "What's wrong with my life today? " but ultimately he just wants closure. "I can't take this, born to break this." |
