this song, to me, is deffiently about cheating he still loves his current girlfriend but his feelings are fading and theres a new girl and he is completely taken with her and even though it wrong this new girl makes it feel alright "it's the wrong time she's pulling me through" "if you don't shoot it how am i supposed to hold it?" reminds me of carrying a burden sort of like if you dont give me your burden how i am i supposed to deal with it so im guessing its to his girlfriend, like whatever problems hes having with her thats causing him to cheat he doesnt understand how hes supposed ot fix it if she wont talk about it and the "give my gun away when its loaded" is he knows he needs to stop cheating before he ends up hurting someone even worse |

i think this songs about a couple with problems and its frustrating because they know they love eachother and they know they can't work but they keeep trying but it only makes things worse and theres nothing that that he can do anymore but watch it fall apart and whoever this song is about probably doesnt care as much as him because there "eyes bleed dry" which im guessing means they're not crying thats just my guesss, but anywaysss AMAZING song. i love it. |

A girl with a bird she found in the snow Then flew up her gown and that’s how she knows If God made her eyes for crying at birth Then left the ground to circle the earth ^ i think this part is about a girl being raped "flew up her gown that hows she knows" and that would explain why she would cry. and i think all the parts about god leaving the ground are about how it feels like gods not there when bad things happen. just my opinion. |
