| these lyrics are on another level. The wordplay is among the best that I've seen. The themes and motif's are unreal. how the fuck does he figure out that my cool young history can be "Michael Young History"(a character on the album). He's obviously talking about a child who is in love/likes a girl and has an innocent crush on her. Then, we see this kid get caught up with the Streets and the Game and suddenly he doesn't want this girl, he wants to be 'The coolest N****". He pursues the game instead of the girl, and path of innocence. | |
