The Beatles – Eleanor Rigby Lyrics 13 years ago
I would describe this song as eerie, or haunting. F.M. murdered E.R. for sure. The violins in certain parts of the song sound like something you would hear in a slasher film. When I hear those violins I picture F.M. stabbing E.R. repeatedly. I know it sounds gruesome.. but that image always come to mind.

Fall Out Boy – America's Suitehearts Lyrics 17 years ago
come on guys. pete is obviously a lot smarter than you give him credit for. If there is one thing that is certain, it is that these lyrics are not sub-par. There don't always have to be hidden meanings within the text, but i feel like there are some here.

I'm just gonna go out there and say it...

I think this is one of the first songs that pete wrote after he found out that he would become a father. it takes something huge to "knock someone out with a feather." and i think this is what he was referring to.

America's suitehearts- a young carefree newlywed couple.

Sins.. premarital sex?

just a thought

churches- pure and simple (early stages of relationship)-possibly even symbolizing marrage.

theme parks- exciting, rollercoasters (ups-and-downs), surge of emotions. (mid-relationship)

malls- busy, a lot going on, frantic (end of relationship)
