i love this song and i think it is all about someone who was in love, in love with all thier heart. But then the love for this special someone was crushed in to a 1000 tiny pieces. "Someone told me love will all save us. But how can that be, look what love gave us. A world full of killing, and blood-spilling That world never came." I think this means that no matter how much people think, feel or believe love matters in the world, its never going to make it a better place. I also think the person who is in love wants to make is pleading and wishing for truth and love in the world and between everyone. Everybody needs somebody to love. that is my view on this song but it is a beautifully written song with love, power and devotion to somebodies heart. the two people may have been together at some stage before and are in love but they cannot be together as what happened before may have affected them so badly it hurts to be back together remembering the pain they went through. |
