| I think Inhocsignovice is on the right track. He seems to be questioning God's existence, and he's certainly not content with his current place in life. The train seems to be a focal part of his life...underneath lines of trees, caves opening up to cityscapes...probably spends a lot of time looking out the window, and the tunnels are like caves, he feels trapped. He's unhappy being a corporate pawn, almost mindless, and he's either taking or selling medication, or both. Results in "sewing your insides closed." (For anyone who has ever taken or known anyone who has taken anti-depressants, they can sometimes make you feel even more depressed and helpless) | |
