this song is definitely about religion. christianity in particular. "Not many know how much you did, when you walked on broken feet to save us" -This is talking about when Jesus was walking on bare feet with the cross on his back. he did it all to save us from ouselves. not many people understand. "this is your last walk, but its not the end, and with faith in hand, your not the only one," -talking about sharing faith. it may seem like the end, and like you are the only one, but you aren't. "so c'mon c'mon, your not the only one, let's help get this point across, what are you waiting for? Let's get this point across" -He wants us to get the point of eternal salvation across to other people. "while we still have the time, lets get it across, lets get this point across and live eternal life, lets get it across." -We do not have much time to share our faith. so we have to share it, so others can find what we have found, eternal life. any other suggestions? |

okay. this is an awesome song. im a guy, and yes it is awesome. what i think it means is that one of his friends(maybe girlfriend?) that died. and he misses him/her and that because of him/her he really meant a lot to him. maybe the whole band. i am sorry if this didn't make sense. that is just what i think and i cant explain this in the words that i know in my head. this song made me VERY sad and every time i listen to it it sends chills down my spine. |
