"Lucretia" is paranoid that everyone around her is judging her and talking about her. "Lucretia walks into a room. Because she does it’s not the same room The one she wanted to be in She says, “Everywhere I go, damn! There I am.”" She thinks she hears people talking, walks in the room, and it is completely not what she thought. It's a whole different room. "And I just want to walk away" She knows she's just making things worse for herself, but can't bring herself to change. "I’m just an ordinary guy And all I want is to be loved - is that so wrong?" She doesn't see herself as wrong in any situation. She thinks it's everyone else that is crazy. "Don’t think that I don’t know what you’re saying about me I hear it all through these thin walls" Once again- she thinks everyone is against her and talking bad about her. "Every one of you is fired Every one of you is oh oh oh oh Every one of you is fired, yeah!" By "firing" all the people around her, she removes them from her life, therefore losing people that may have cared about her and never did anything wrong. Lucretia fucks up her whole life. "MOTHERFUCKER!" The best song ending ever, especially well-fitting for this song. |
