First of all, this is my favorite song, for 17 years. I think Candy and the guy there singing about were soul-mates but Candy had enough so she had to leave, I personaly think she did do something to herself, and now he's saying "its so like candy" |

| Well, to sum up the whole song...It was never intending to be about pot, marjuina, tokes, whatever you may call it. Its about a girl, her mom was never around, she got bored of the town she lived in, so she moved from town to town, made all the boys fall in love with her and then left, "I dig ya baby, but I got to keep moveing"...she got so sick of her life, she dicides to end it, she was depresed, and no one would lisen, so she jumps off the hotel in her underware, some nameless guy wakes up that she was sleeping with wakes up alone, looks out side see's her dead, dials 9-1-1 "Hit the last number and walked to the road" to where her body was, so I'm sorry audioslave48195, squirrel_rockin, Pyropiscus, Red October,pickleweazle, and everyone eles that thinks its about a drug, I've done my research, and Mary-Jane is a girls name wheather you like to belive it or not, Look at the America I have to live in, all smotherd with drugs, is that all we can talk about anymore?
