i think this song is more about an internal conflict whoever this is about is struggling with growing older and realizes that this is the beginning of his adulthood and the end of his childhood On the back of a motorbike With your arms outstreched trying to take flight Leaving everything behind But even at our swiftest speed We couldn't break from the concrete And the city where we still reside" i think this means that he's having trouble accepting this and is trying to break away from the inevitable because no matter how fast he runs or in this case, drives, he will not be able to fly away from his problems |

| This song is amazing. when i first heard it i had never been in a serious relationship but the same night i asked out my first girlfriend and for a long time this song still did not make much sense but after a while we broke-up and now this song makes much more sense to me even though i have moved on | |
