That was his first love obviously. It is an unconditional love 'cause no one can ever replace her in his heart. the line "And I'd go a thousand times around the world just to be Closer to her than to me." it means that he rather be with her lthan to live alone without her. I think his still young when he first love this girl(love at first sight).So he sought information about her till he finally love her to the fullest but his love wasn't returned by her. the line "Like a lovely melody that everyone can sing, Take away the words that rhyme it doesn't mean a thing." for me it means, he compared his LOVE to a melody without the so called RHYME it will not form a beautiful song without this two. It was like incomplete love. I think that's all that i can share. |
