| Ok but it was recorded twice once in 2003 for STS and another for 2006 for DU and it never made it to neither album so that means that theirs two Carcinogen Crush versions So at least one of them is a b-side. Cause if u have the whole STS collection each book has "Rabbits are Roadkill ,Now the World, Synesthesia and Carcinogen Crush" hiddenly written in them? And the only song that was never recorded from STS sessions was "The weight of words" | |

| To Shyboyswinxo this is in fact a B-side cause davey and jade have been calling it that since 03' and it was originaly recorded for Sing the Sorrow but didnt make the album thus making it a B-side and any true AFI fan would know that and agree with me and of course i know that the song is going to be on a ep in december it was even on guitar hero 3. So if anything u must be kidding me for saying that daveys your boo! and stop acting like your the only true AFI fan in the world cause your not! | |

This song reminds me of Now the World not how it sounds but the meaning but also not entirely the same meaning either but i think it has to deal with a break up during a beautifal summer day in wich turned ugly and no longer having that beauty imagined. But theres more to it but i cant put my finger on it! but i know it also has to deal with something of Suicide? But thats just me. |

Hey im new here and this is my first Song meaning input so here it go's. i think that a person guy/girl has this so called "Carcinogen Crush" on him but he tell him/her that he's not the type of guy they would want and that it's just a silly "Crush" and the feeling will pass but at the same time he is flatterd that someone could show him that much distant affection. And by the way AFI is my fav band of all and this is one of their best B-side i ever heard! |
