I think this song is about a guy who is into this girl & is with her to some degree but she's got someone else as well and he can't figure out where he fits in with her and this other guy. And he's trying to get his life going on his own but everything he does seems like a lame attempt like fake friends ("friends") and one night stands (girls*).
It reminds me of my last relationship cuz my ex had this girl who he'd always go back to when he was single and through out our relationship, I didn't feel comfortable about it and now that we're not together, I don't know how I'm supposed to still fit into his life when he's got this other girl whose always been there. |

I def agree w' what everyone already said: its a song about having sex or just being w' someone who means alot to you, unlike all the other songs that are just about getting some quickie action, haha.
I love this song; it reminds me of my ex-boyfriend. I'd always spend the night at his place and this just describes it perrrfectly. Shame that it didn't last haha. |
