I genuinely can't think of a better lyric than 'You fit me like sundays frozen pitch fits the thermos flask' the Ads by Google:Buy Thermos Flask made me chuckle :) I dont understand the 'chest touching on the back' though... maybe its like the back fields (as in at school) to signify a really innocent first relationship.. duno. |

Firstly can I just say we should stop being horrible to chavs... chavs are people too and a lot of them are victims of circumstance, although yes some of them are very unpleasant. SECONDLY - anyone who doesn't know what a chav is without looking it up will just never be able to understand this song. I'm from West Yorkshire and this song is literally like listening to my own thoughts, its so specific. My interpretation : I think it could be about the monkeys telling their friends/people they know that they're now in a band.. 'theres only music so theres new ringtones' - some of the people hes talking about may not understand the reasons for starting a live band. 'tell em if you like/ we'll tell em all tonight, they'll never listen' - worried about not being taken seriously as a band 'Don't get me wrong, oh there's boys in bands' - saying that although there are SOME bands he knows, they arent the same as the monkeys - this line is what makes my idea kinda make sense Anyway LOVE the song |

| In black English taxis there is a little sign on the door (next to the red light -shocker) which SAYS Red Light Indicates Doors Are Secure. 'And I'm sitting going backwards / I didn't want to leave' - could be backwards in the sense that he's moving away from the girl the green dress - hence why he doesn't want to leave.
