to me this song is about a relationship and how there was a lie or a betrayal. The guy is trying to make it up to her but she feels that she cant trust him because she has been hurt too many times before. The guy then is shutting everything out. I really love it how at the start of the song its telling a story about someone else but by the end it is coming from the singers view. such a powerful and meaningful song. I LOVE IT! what does anyone else think?? |
