this whole concept album shifts emotions as the character does, he starts out killing himself in order to see emotion from his significant other, any kind of emotion, he ends up seeing her sad obviously but she is sad because it was her fault, not becuase she loved him, through out the album the quote "dont believe that the weather is perfect the day that you die" changes from meaning to another, as at first in the truth about heaven it is meaning that killing yourself isnt the answer to see how many people care about you, then it later shifts to mean that just because your dead doesnt mean anyone will love you more if you were never wanted in the first place |
