I think this song is a reply to all of the people who wave the "Sell-out" banner at AFI. They have said repeatedly that they have outgrown makign jsut punk rock, and don't want to be put into that category anymore. This is probably my favourite Apop song, too bad Andy laplegua (IoC & CC) wrote all of the synth parts, this would have been Stephan's finest hour. I think this song is about being on your death bed and having such resentment toward the world that you want it to die with you. |
