Yes, this song is an absolute masterpiece. Rarely does music get this perfect. A masterwork. Timeless. As beautiful and breathtaking and vivid as anything done by the great musicians of the past. We've had some pretty amazing instrumental work in this era. This, along with "A Warm Place", "At the Heart of it All" and "Just Like You Imagined" by Nine Inch Nails, "East Hastings" by Godspeed You Black Emperor, and not to mention the stuff Sigor Ros put out... Simply outstanding. |
