When I listen to this song, it really makes me sad and depressed. I personally feel this song is about life, feeling like you don’t belong and feeling like you’re not wanted anymore; reaching a point where you’re so ashamed of yourself that you want to give up. Then you reach out to the one you love for comfort and a reason to go on, but you’re still afraid of life and continuing living (the gift). |
