So...this song is alright, I know that I'm going to get alot of hate from the other users. It's a solid refrain, but the rhyme scheme in the verses is lacking, she says drew too many times in the song, and although I love country and the simple story like verses, these are a little cliche. BUT Taylor is really young, and I'm actually really excited to see how she matures in her writing style in the next few years. Good Luck Taylor!! |

I feel that this song is a guy singing to a beautiful girl. The girl in the story is obviously very depressed, and the guy sees that, but he can't help her. Like the song says, she's bleeding under her eyelids as a metaphor for having a problem that is out of his ability to help, and all he can do is be there for her. |
