The song was planned to be the third release from the album but after the poor sales of the first two releases (Popu!ar and Darkness) it was decided, by the record company, not to release what i think is the best song on the album (and actually one of his best songs ever). |

I read an interview with him at some point and he seemed to suggest that this was a commentary about a parents point of view, and growing up being the youngest in a family. |
