i think this song represents a young love sorta thing. maybe just because thats what i can relate to most but to me its the guy saying you love me and i love you but there are those times when you just dont know if its going to work out. which is why there are so many 'right nows' ... Maybe the more serious they get as a couple they see more and more reasons why they may not make it together. (everything is turning blue / everything you want is wrong) 'i think you came too soon' 'We got too much time to kill Like pigeons on my windowsill We hang around' - these are the lyrics that make me think its a young love. like when you know that maybe if you were older you would already know that you would be together forever but because its so soon in your life you just dont know and have to hang around and find out. well im not sure if thats what it was meant to mean but thats what it means to me. |
