I don't think it's about an incubus and a succubus, I think it's about an incubus and a human. "For the last of your days in the sun" if it was a succubus, she wouldn't be able to go into the sun. I think an incubus has been visiting and feeding on the same girl night after night, and fell in love with her, and she with him. "Yet peculiarly cold" Perhaps the human is turning into a vampire because the incubus has taken too much blood from her? |
