This song is the best thing I have heard in a long time. What I like the best is that Hyde speaks about shallow sleep - just out of reach and delicate. His vocals are perfect for this song, they are always so ingrained with emotion, and here I feel as though he really captures the balance between past joy and despair. |

I agree somewhat with darf. This song is about empowerment, about escape from a painful, fruitless love. She is reclaiming herself, her wings are spread wide and she is moving forward. He was the truth, and the truth lied! Now she'll break her own heart, goddammit, and you wont be responsible for any of it. :) this is beautiful to me. |
