"They'll keep on whispering their mantras We'll keep on whispering our mantras" it makes me think of two groups of people who have been fighting for so long that they cant remember why, and they have to keep reminding themsleves that they are enemies. it doesnt really take sides, i think its saying how both sides are doing the same thing and either there are no bad guys or all bad guys. |

recently saw tim freedman perform this song with the australian chamber orchestra. freaking AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!! to me, the way he uses "its a real show" is saying how important the gambler feels it is to win the pokies, how seriously he takes it? well thats just what i think! |
