| i do agree with a lot of what you're saying, and it's very true (a lot of it). i like elysia, personally, just as sort of a guilty pleasure, because it's aggressive and i love aggression. you could go back to the days of when hardcore was just created to define bands such as the misfits, dk, etc. i love these bands, but the lyrics and simplicity can be debated. sometimes it's just good to get out aggression without a care for what the stuff is about. i'm not one that goes to shows and dances, but i do enjoy hardcore shows and playing with hardcore bands - even though my band doesn't fit in to the hardcore scene in the least bit, we're more technical/grindcore. hardcore is getting saturated, yeah, but there is still a good lot of bands putting out work that should be appreciated. hatebreed and terror are still amazingly good bands, but elysia and job for a cowboy are just fun. it's great to just like music for the music, and i couldn't care less who signed whom or whatever is going on. i enjoy bands, not the record labels. but this is all purely my opinion. | |

seventyfive, just because you don't enjoy this doesn't mean that you have to go ahead and act like your opinion is the most respected, because it's not. your post just made you look like a dumbarse, because anyone in the right mind would've just looked past this, if they didn't like it. instead, you just wanted to make yourself feel better, when really you should just feel pretty gaytarded. everyone has different opinions on things, and if you don't like it, get off of the site. it's pretty easy, actually. job for a cowboy and elysia are what's going on now, and whether you like it or not, people are going to like what they want. i'll stay on myspace as long as i want, i'm a big boy - i pay taxes, and i'm over 18. i like older bands, but i like newer bands. they have passion for what they do, if they didn't... they wouldn't do it. last - the only posers are the people calling other people posers.... yeah.... |
