this song is a story about how two people fell in love but it wasn't and they had to make sacrafices. he wanted her to just trust him that everything would be okay. after time went on they started to grow apart from all the difficulties and she obviously did something that hindered the relationship but wanted to fix it. he couldn't accept her attempts of trying to make it better and was almost afraid of what he would say to her because deep down he was madly inlove. things got bad and at the end he tried to let go but it was her who could stop loving him. thats what it means to me and i love this song. |

this song is exactly how it was with me and my boyfriend before we got together. we had been really close friends for so long and as time went on he started acting weird around me and almost nervous. he looked at me differently and i didnt know what was wrong. eventually i realized how strong my feelings for him were and when i told him he kissed me. it was an amazing moment and this song describes it all. so basically its about how a guy loves a girl who is basically clueless..he can't stop thinking about her and just wants to let her know how he feels.
