| Frightened Rabbit – The Twist Lyrics | 15 years ago |
| He says "I'm Dave if you please" because that's the name she's calling him during the sex ("Twist and whisper the wrong name"), and he doesn't even care that it's not his name. If it makes her feel better calling him Dave, he doesn't care | |

"All those heart-felt conversations Were with me and no one else" I am not Christian, but I'm pretty sure this line is about prayer. It's common for people to say what they are praying out loud. "Having a conversation with God". |

| They didn't have any songs about lesbians before they wrote She Has a Girlfriend Now. They can write about different things. Also, they have a lot of serious lyrics, they are just sung to upbeat music. | |

I agree with mollyanne except for the meaning of Consider this The slip that brought me To my knees failed What if all these fantasies Come flailing around Now I've said too much (I think this time he has said way too much, and she gets frightened or creeped out by him. He is "Brought to his knees" because now he feels like he is begging her.) |

| What is "the ghost". Everything else seems to be about trusting people, but the chorus confuses me. | |
| Oingo Boingo – Capitalism Lyrics | 18 years ago |

I think this song is trying to say how stupid arguing is. The way the song is describing how the Capitalist is thinking makes capitalists seem like jerks. But it's also saying that the people protesting against it are equally as ignorant and annoying. "The Man" seems like an ass to the people, and the people seem like asses to "The Man" |
