I dont think it is about real nurse- more of a hypothetical chick who has lots of prescription drugs. He just thinks of her as a nurse because she gives him access to use her and the drugs. I mean who really knows but just thought I would give my insight. |

Jesse's girlfriend or wife now(?) is blue eyed/blonde hair. I think the first part is about how he cherished her eyes (two circular views) of blue with a gray shade and they entrance or "captivate" him. |
