the song doesn't remind me about a drug at all... just that part that goes 123 overdose.... the rest of the song is about a guy getting enough courage to tell this girl how he feels about her, that she makes him feel amazing and stuff... they didnt play it live at the tabrnacle... mostly stuff from doppelganger... but they played sledgehammer which was amazing xD |

i think it might have to do with the persons gf cheating on him, and then later in the song he might kill her or abuse her in some way (hence the line "Hear the roar, and in a second more, You'll be overboard... Goodbye...") that just my interpretation of the song... So has anyone seen them on the tour with coheed yet? They came down to atlanta and were amazing.... the set was short though and then clutch had to ruin the energy from TFT... |

so does anyone have any speculations as to what this song is about? me personally, i think its the character thinking about comitting suicide because of the chorus saying "just stare down the barrel" and such... plus claudio said something about the character contemplating suicide on one of his interviews... but that he realizes that to take such an easy way out would be weak |

this song is about the merging of the keywork and the writer's universe... where the writer has basically entered the story and trying to get claudio to destroy the keywork... i do think that claudio and the writer battle, and the writer wins because he is the god of the keywork...but claudio doesnt die or anything... |
