noo these lyrics don't need to be revised, they're different from the cure's original lyrics. which is one reason why the song sounds different, tbs made it their own. which is what doing a cover song is all about. it's not about making the cover sound as close as possible to the original, what would be the point in that? tbs MADE IT THEIR OWN, and did an amazing job of it. the rawness of his voice is amazing, and personally, i like it wayyy better than the original, or any of the other covers. |
