It is so obviously about drugs. It describes the feeling so well. obviously "rolled up twenties" refers to sniffing cocaine. Its just talking about how drugs can make u feel awesome and invincible and when it wears off u feel flat so u get more. But "chasing something we'll never catch" coz it never lasts forever. I love this song. |

This song totally touches me, its about being so into someone that you would do anything, even let them treat you like crap, just to be with them, but that someone doesn't love you back even though you would give them everything and eventually you have to deal with that. The ending is so sad, "I wear the cost around like a wound, and I'll try not to bleed all over you." it's like, this hurts so much, but I'll try not to effect you because it's not your fault. |
