| Ludo – Safe In The Dark Lyrics | 15 years ago |
| This song needs more comments! It's one of my faves off the new album. | |
| Ludo – All The Stars In Texas Lyrics | 15 years ago |
| This COMPLETELY reminds me of Bonnie and Clyde, the thief couple from Texas. The bit about the car and everything. | |
| Ludo – The Horror Of Our Love Lyrics | 15 years ago |

Actually, it made me think of Twilight too, but immediately after I was like 'no... there's no way Ludo would ever reference such an awful book.' I like it better as a Spike x Buffy thing :3 |

| Ludo – Saturday Night Thunderbolt Lyrics | 15 years ago |
| Is anyone else reminded of Scott Pilgrim (the comic) when they hear this? Totally underrated Ludo song, anyway. I freakin love Ludo :D | |
| Willy Mason – Oxygen Lyrics | 15 years ago |
| ^Oh hey it's my old comment. I was rather emo back then :( | |
| Ludo – Part IV: Morning in May Lyrics | 15 years ago |

I think the cherry on top of this entire EP is this... "as you're starting the car and I'm tearing inside I knock on your window, you stop just in time Around to the other side I say, "Baby, I thought I'd come along for the ride." ...It's all setting up for "I say, 'Goodbye" (inside, time, side all more or less rhyme)... it's what you expect, and then you get the actual lyrics. It's stunningly well-executed and beautiful :) |

Not that I'm saying this is the 'official' or 'real' interpretation, but personally, I see this as a lighthearted song about death: In the town where I was born (the start of life...) Lived a man who sailed the sea (life can be related to a long journey, perhaps overseas) So we sailed on to the sun (sailing on to the sun=sailing to a higher place, to heaven) Till we found the sea of green (brings to mind a carpet of grass, like in an outdoor funeral) And we lived beneath the waves (beneath the waves... beneath the surface of the earth) In our yellow submarine (we're all in the same boat; we all die) We all live in a yellow submarine (...) And our friends are all aboard (same idea) And the band begins to play (funeral music, perhaps) Sky of blue and sea of green (again, this brings to mind a funeral outdoors) I don't know, I think it kind of fits. I'm not getting a drug vibe from this :) |

| My Chemical Romance – Teenagers Lyrics | 18 years ago |
| I thought it was "darken your clothes"--as in, dress in all black out of depression. Or something. As for the song--hey, it's catchy. It's fun to listen to. It's about US ;). What more could you ask for? | |
| Willy Mason – Oxygen Lyrics | 18 years ago |
| This song means everything to me :]. Strangely enough, my 'angsty' years were in late elementary school; I cried myself to sleep at night, begged to be homeschooled, and was extremely reserved with people I didn't know well (pretty sure it's called 'social mutism'). Oxygen used to depress me... But looking back at it, it's an absolutely beautiful song, and it's helped me realize that there are bigger problems than the ones we face day-by-day. I'm now in Jr. High and loving every minute of it, and I can smile at this song instead of crying | |
