Hes referring to 'Heroine' as a female superhero (Wonder Woman). He isnt talking about the drug, and how it brings him down. Hes talking about how shes the greatest thing thats ever happened to him and how he cannot believe that someone like him could get something as amazing as her in his life. His heart had been broken before by someone whom he thought was the one. He wasnt ready or anything, but she just appeared in his life and he couldnt control anything.
