I have also heard that this song was written for Novak, but as people have commented earlier, it is about relationships. However, I take it in the context of like someone who just sleeps with whoever because they are lonely and just need human contact. Its like taking asprin for an injury; it doesn't make the injury go away, it just kills the pain aka covers it up, until you allow yourself to heal. No dispute though, this is one of the best songs I have ever heard. |
