I think that this song is about when satan comes is freed from his prison,("Trapped In Purgatory...Awaiting Reprisal) the raining blood bit is one of the signs for the apocolypse. The "Abolish The Rules Made Of Stone" is about the ten commandments and the bit where he sings "NOW I WILL REIGN IN BLOOD" is saying satan has taken over HORNS UP ,HAIL SATAN AND FUCK ALL THOSE WHO ARE TOO NARROW MINDED TO SEE ANY DIFFERENT. |
