Literally, he's singing about a siren. Her songs bring him into a dream state of mind, away from her and the danger she brings. She's bringing him down, destroying him slowly, but he can't do anything, because all that matters is her song. He watches her bring him to his own demise, but that doesnt matter, because all that matters now is her song and euphoric seduction. this song could mean that he's with someone he really doesnt want to be with, who's even dangerous for him to be with, but he cant leave her because there's just something about her that lures him in again. she's destroying him, but he's so sick with her spell, he doesnt care, and he can't do anything at this point but watch it happen. |
