I think this song is about someone who perhaps was considered my most not beautiful, perhaps even ugly or strange. But the singer loved him/her not for what they where but for who they where. Now this person is gone, probably dead, and the singer is remembering that person and how he/she taught them that beauty does not lie in the features but in the heart. A beautiful song that makes my cry. |
