| haha...i like what jmg21 wrote because practically no one will deny that this song is about masturbation. i like that though. even though i still that is what it's about...it resonates on a different level with me. it makes me think more of unrequited love...of desiring someone so much, and yet not able to have them for some reason. fun and sexy but also deeply sad. to have to touch yourself and think about them because you can't be with them. great song. | |

this song creeps me out a little bit...it sounds dark somehow. i do love the video though...it reminds me of some crazy broadway musical. it's really hard to know for sure what it's about. but the whole "pleasure and pain" imagery is what really speaks to me upon first listen. i don't get it being about masturbation...maybe abuse. it's about loving someone who causes you pain, i think. such sadness in your lover forgetting about you. beautiful song. |
