perhaps he wrote this song while he was partially clean. Maybe he was in the first few days of detox and suffering. but had his rig (spoon, syringe, heroin, ETC) with him and losing the war is giving in and relapsing
Detoxing is the most painful thing ive ever done i was heavily addicted Sweet Lady H for a long time and after quitiing 6 times and makin it the sixth time past the first week i would rather break both my knees again then have to detox again for all you non addicts |

Not sure entirely what hte song is about but i definitly think someone was trippy when they wrote it and camper can beethoven is a greta band they split up later on and half of them became a band called cracker( amazing band) and the other half became the black crowes or the counting crows or the birds or something like that some bird band but def check out camper van and cracker |

Fools this song was wirtten by one of the sublime crew members who never wrote asong cause he was no goood at it brad kept tellin him he could write a song and he finnally did and this was it. Since this guy couldnt write music this was the only thing he came up with. So brad had to play it and thats why this so ng exists. i cant remember the guys name check the album its on maybe stand by your van or second hand smoke but check the album cover |
