| I think this song is about a long lost penpal..obviously.. and this old man really hated his life so he did whatever it took to feel young again. After about ten years he felt horrible so wrote her again saying he was sorry and he was lying that whole time. He was having such a better time thinking of his penpal and she made him feel so much better so he felt attachted to her. Afterwards he really wanted her to get to know who her really was so they could truly get to know eachother again. | |

This song is about Delilah and Samson from the Bible.. Delilah wants to find out where Samson's power comes from- he finally tells her it's in his hair. She cuts off his hair to get her reward but sh'es in love with him. because she took away all his power, he died. the part that says "the Bible didn't mention us, not even once" even though it diid, it means it doesn't explain in the Bible that he said it was okay and he would do anything for the love he had for her...(aww) Also talks about how women have ways of talking men into tricky things. one of my favorite songs! |
