his mom kicked him out of the house while he was in tenth grade. she walked in on him having sex with a girl. she was tierd of putting up with him, so she kicked him out.
and he never actually "lived under a bridge". kurt exaggerated a lot. when he got kicked out he went around from house to house of his friends. after a few days his friend's parents would kick him out as well. |

something weird..
this exact situation happened to me when i really liked this guy & he like me back but this bitch kept him and treated him like crap {he also liked her} she hugged guys right in front of him and just overall was the biggest whore i've ever met. she has at hooked up with all of her "guy friends" at least once. it was exactly eight months after watching her treat him like that and then he finally broke up with her and now me and him have been together for 9 months :] and as for that bitch she cried when she found out that he asked me out and is currently living in arkansas..the end ;] |

i know this song is about gerard & mikey ways grandmother, but i personally also think that this song doesn't HAVE to be about someone dying. i think it's about losing someone who you really care about eventhough you have to let them go. in gerard's case..his grandmother died and there's nothing else he can do about it. he has to face the fact that he lost someone who he cares dearly about. in other situations like breaking up with someone; sometimes you don't want to do it, but you feel it's the best thing for eachother. |

okay, i don't know if anyone has read the inside booklet that goes with this cd, but if you get a chance you should look at it. it says something about "kate" in it. my friend bought the cd and we were looking at it and we kind of put it together that this song is about her....when she died.

i really like this song...i agree that this is about gerard way...
it sadens me to see bert and gerard in a fued because the used and my chemical romance are my two favorite bands of all time...i heard that this song was written because gerard became sober and bert was mad about that...which is a dumb reason but whatever...great song; great band |

i love this song..
my boyfriend always talked about the used and this is such a great song i immediatly fell in love with it. i think this song is about a girl who is truely in love with bert and when bert says "have i murdered our love?" means to me that he is asking if they are broken up because he somehow messed up...but whatever the true meaning is, this is one of my favorite songs |
