i agree with jbraking, it's 'oh what a feeling, what a feeling for a dog' the song has always meant to me her view on a relationship where she's seen w/ simplicity. she repeats this line in question so that it reaps of sadness and introspection. it's not only about her own feelings on a human needing more than a dog, but also how sad yet beautiful it is to be an animal of such simplicity. ps....this would definitely be in my top 25 songs ever written poll. |

you know...this argument has been brought up before and crushed but some people come to this sit to find out info. about the deeper meaning to the song and not one of you people have tested the waters... i have a tingliiiing inclination that its about civil rights throughout the 60's any takers? |
