The 'We knew it would happen eventually part' seems to be a bit polarising in its ambiguity. Does it mean: 'We knew we'd never really make it together' ? or 'We knew people would eventually sing lalala' ? or ‘We knew we’d be together eventually’ ? |

I guess it's about being apart. And being split apart by death - and what lies beyond life. Will your loved ones be waiting for you on the other side? The 'Whhhhyyyyyy!' is really quite amazing. I don't think I've ever heard such emotion in a scream. Why did you go? Why did you die? Why am I alone? Anyway - I love the last chorus, when they both chime back in at the same time. |
