I'm pretty sure that some execs at Nick's old label wrote it or something. Sorry to burst your bubble or whatnot. Look up the original version on YouTube and you'll recognize Nick's kid voice. He recorded it when he was like, 12 or something. |

Probably one of the sweetest songs from the Jonas Brothers. I've been a fan since 2005, before Nick got diagnosed with Diabetes, and this has always been a song stuck in my head. I miss their early days, when Joe was funnier, Nick smiled more, and Kevin was more.. Kevin. They've changed, and it's like they're getting tired out. Anybody else notice? |

This is actually my most favorite Jonas Brothers song. I don't know if anybody else notices this, but in the second verse when Nick sings back-up, it sounds like R&B. It's inspirational and a truely awesome song. :D |

hmm.. this song is basically about kids trying to grow up too fast. those of you who are thinking deeper into it are probably thinking a bit much. well, a direct quote from martin johnson about the inspiration of the song: "So many kids are growing up too fast. 13 year olds are giving each other hand jobs in the back of the bus, 14 year olds are already drinking and partying, and kids spend more time worried about growing up and being cool than they do actually growing up and being a kid." yeah.. don't grow up too fast.. and act your age. and don't act younger than you are, cuz that'd be being immature... and the lyric "you can't wait to fall in love" is kinda saying that ppl date too early.. which i kinda agree to... and people should take love more seriously. so many lil' kids are treating it like it's a toy.. |
