i just love this song so much... because i really love billie holiday's version as well and to have regina's style blended with billie's is what makes this song such a treat. i have to agree with kellybeans haven't we all felt this way. also love is such a hard thing to find we cling to it despite it's uncaring package and the way it hurts. |

| this song for so reason always makes me think of strippers... don't know why but it always does. and it kinda fits rights? the vague reference to blow jobs and cocaine ("straight line" always just kind of struck me as a double edge reference to the straight line you make of cocaine before you snort it and then the "cat walk" they have at stip club and then to the pole itself). plus the whole song speaks of things you can't control and stripping is one of those jobs you take because nothing else is working out. as far as the officer part strip clubs get busted alot especially if there's more illict things going on in the back. i don't know i just always think of strippers when ever i here this song (happens alot i :heart: this song so much ^_^) does anyone else agree? cuz all of my friend don't... | |
